“HEALTHY BOOST FOR RIVER FORESHORE”
Local MPs Donna Faragher and Alyssa Hayden joined City of Swan Mayor in recognising the latest funding boost for foreshore renovation by State Government. Almost $100,000 has been awarded to the City through the Riverbank Grants program for foreshore rehabilitation works at Beverley Terrace Foreshore and Loder Way in South Guildford and Lilac Hill. “Protecting our rivers through foreshore rehabilitation projects is important”, Mrs Faragher said. Mrs Hayden was delighted funding was awarded for essential works at Beverley Terrace – Loder Way. “This grant, to be matched by the City, will help ensure our river and foreshore is protected,” she said.
